"Happy birthday to you!"
A greeting children are always happy to hear
Perhaps it's because of the parties.
Perhaps it's because of all the gifts.
Yet as we grow older
Being greeted as such
Is sometimes too much to bear.
Remembering how old we are
Truly makes us sigh at times.
However, that really shouldn't be the case.
Denying our age is something we really shouldn't do.
A rather good advice for all of us to help turn back time:
Yearn to stay young in heart and in mind.
To enjoy each year of our lives as gift from God;
Offering Him thanks for another year to look forward to.
Youth is something within each person.
One can always feel young even if he or she is a 100.
Until death, we should always try to be like children like God himself said.
